MS Specialist

To support, expand, and ensure the long-term quality of care for patients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in Germany, the Disease-Related Competence Network Multiple Sclerosis (KKNMS)* established the “MS Specialist” certification. Neurologists who meet defined criteria regarding their training, expertise, and clinical experience are recognized by KKNMS as MS Specialists.

I am very pleased and proud to contribute to the care of people with MS and to actively participate in its further development and advancement.

* Krankheitsbezogenes Kompetenznetz Multiple Sklerose (KKNMS) is one of the competence networks in medicine initiated by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), with the aim of bringing together researchers working on specific diseases at a national and interdisciplinary level in order to improve patient care in multiple sclerosis.
